Refund and Returns Policy

At Gulet World, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional yacht rental experience. Refund and returns policy is designed to address various scenarios to ensure fairness and clarity in all interactions with our valued clients. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy.

1. Reservation Deposits:

To secure your yacht rental with Gulet World, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit covers administrative expenses and guarantees the availability of your chosen yacht for the specified dates. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Timeline:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled embarkation date are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the scheduled embarkation date will result in a 50% refund of the total charter fee, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled embarkation date are not eligible for a refund.

3. Charter Modifications:

We understand that circumstances may require changes to your reservation. For modifications to the charter dates, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

4. Gulet World’s Responsibility:

If, for any reason, Gulet World is unable to provide the reserved yacht due to unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical issues or operational challenges, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule their reservation for an alternative date.

5. Weather-Related Cancellations:

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions pose a risk to the safety of the voyage, Gulet World reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the charter. In such cases, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule their reservation.

6. Inspection and Acceptance:

Upon boarding the yacht, clients are encouraged to inspect the vessel and report any concerns promptly. Once the charter commences, refunds will not be issued for issues that could have been identified during the inspection.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Gulet World may periodically review and update this refund and returns policy, with any changes communicated to clients promptly.
