1. Booking and Payment

1.1 To complete the booking process and ensure you are locked into the advertised fare, a deposit is needed, as indicated during the booking process. Partial payment requires the balance to be made within the period provided on your invoice.
1.2 Payments can be made by bank transfer and credit card according to the decision made during the time of booking.
1.3 The inability to pay the balance on time will cause management to cancel your booking and, at the same time, retain our deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:

More than 60 days before departure: Money back for the deposited amount reduced by the service charges.
30–60 days before departure: 50% of the total price will be charged.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
2.2 Any changes in weather conditions or other technical factors mean that Gulet World may change or cancel certain bookings. It should be noted that such arrangements will be offered as alternatives where necessary, or refunds will equally be made.

3. Accountabilities

3.1 Gulet World ensures that all boats launched are safe and well-made.
3.2 Released from liability is the responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage of personal property while on charter with the company. Traveller is advised to seek necessary medical insurance during their visit.
3.3 Charterers shall be bound for all the losses that gulet or its equipment suffered during the chartering period, not owing to the usual wear and tear.

4. Charter Terms

4.1 The charter price consists of the gulet, crew services, fuel for the routes in the agreement, and the required standard equipment on board.
4.2 Other expenses like meals and drinks, marina charges, and any other activities that the guest may request are charged to the guest if otherwise indicated.
4.3 Itineraries could also be changed due to climatic conditions or an act of God to enhance the guests’ experience.

5. Guest Conduct

5.1 various guidelines are held by guests, such as embracing behaviour that honours the crew members, the carrying vessel, and other persons on board.
5.2 No form of unlawful activity, such as carrying prohibited substances such as drugs or weapons, is allowed, and any violation of this rule will lead to the cancellation of the charter without any refund.

6. Use of Website and Content

6.1 Please be advised that any information provided on the Gulet World website is informative and subject to change at any time.
6.2 Any use of the materials provided on this website is prohibited without prior permission from the website owner.

7. Governing Law

7.1 The laws of the Turkish Republic govern these Terms and Conditions. Disputes arising from or related to the present agreement will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of the stated jurisdiction.

Any booking made with this company will involve the client accepting these Terms and Conditions without modification. If there are any issues that you do not understand, then you can always ask for clarification from us.
